How to securely delete files in Windows

Most Windows users think that when they delete files in Windows those files will be permanently deleted. However that idea is not really true because many software today can recover those deleted files easily. That is why you need to use a third party software if you have a confidential file that needs to be delete permanently. Most of those software are not free because it contains plenty of features. However for simple task like permanently deleting a file there is a free software that can do that. That is SDelete by Mark Russinovich which implements the Department of Defense clearing and sanitizing standard DOD 5220.22-M, to give you confidence that once deleted with SDelete, your file data is gone forever.
